The client needed to market and pre-lease the units of this large student housing complex while the building was under construction. Using only the Virtual Tour, they pre-leased 93% of the units. Students noted it looked exactly like it did in the Virtual Tour.

This client used the virtual model to create all of their marketing content including website, renderings and social media campaigns. The marketing campaign depicted all customizable options, resulting in a 95% pre-sale rate and deposits on 80% of Phase 2.

PIX made a VR tours and an instructional property video tour to help NodeCom market its advanced Modular Edge Data Processing Center which includes secured office space for critical operations. The modular Data Center fits 1 to 100 secured server cabinets. Battery modules store up to 1MW of power from solar and wind, generators and a 5G tower offer backup power and connectivity in off-the-grid areas.
